SAAT (Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment) is one of the most effective natural treatments available for treating allergies, and offers long lasting results. Originally developed for the treatment of Alpha-Gal Syndrome, SAAT has proven effective for any identifiable allergy including gluten, pet allergies, seasonal allergies, molds, fertility hormones, and more.
Allergies are one of the most common medical problems in daily life, especially here in the Scenic City! They can also be addressed with Acupuncture and herbal medicine to reduce allergy symptoms. This can even in conjunction with or independent to the SAAT protocol.
SAAT (Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment)
- SAAT is a powerful, single needle treatment! It has been used for over 10 years to help folks get long-term relief from allergies and symptoms.
- Dr. Nader Soliman developed SAAT after continuing the work of the French neurologist and physician, Dr. Paul Nogier. Dr. Jes has been trained and certified directly by Dr. Soliman!
- SAAT is recommended for the treatment of all types of allergies including environmental allergies, food, animal, medications, and toxins.
When an allergic reaction occurs, the body is overreacting to something in the environment and determining it is harmful when it is not. The treatment teaches the body to stop overreacting. So when it encounters that substance, it no longer causes a stress or allergic response!
Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
Mast Cell Activation Syndrome occurs when mast cells become over reactive. Overactive mast cells produce many inflammatory chemicals, including histamine. MCAS symptoms may range from mild to severe and include hives, flushing, allergies, and digestive symptoms. MCAS may also present as brain fog, sinus congestion, runny nose, itchy eyes, or headaches after eating certain foods. Those with mast cell issues have also reported joint pain, fibromyalgia pain, anxiety, and palpitations.
With the addition of homeopathic remedies, SAAT can help those with MCAS experience fewer to no symptoms!
SAAT for Allergies: Evaluation & Treatment
Firstly, at the beginning of your evaluation, you will be tested to see if you are allergic to the needle or adhesive with muscle testing. However, if you show a reaction to one or both of these, treatment for these must happen first before proceeding with the original allergy treatment.
We will then evaluate you using muscle testing with a set of components chosen based on your allergy concerns. Each reactive allergen is associated with a specific point in the ear. Once we identify which allergens to treat, we will place one tiny treatment needle for each reactive allergen. Then, it will be covered with a bandage, and left in place for 3–4 weeks. (It is important to keep your ear dry while your needles are in place!) We can treat multiple allergens per evaluation.
Then at the end of that time, the allergy should be remission and you may start to slowly reintroduce the substance! If there is a history of an anaphylactic response, we don’t recommend that you reintroduce the allergen, but expect you will be less concerned with accidental or cross contamination exposure.
During SAAT Treatment
In some cases, all of your needles may not stay in for the duration of treatment. (Fret not, it is very unlikely that your needles will fall anywhere but on the ground!)
Were this to happen, you should not remove the remaining needles. We’ll have you come in for a re-test and determine which allergens still need to be addressed. Please feel free to text or call us – we’re always happy to support you!
