Immense gratitude to Dr. Jess and the exceptional staff at Acu-Chatt for their dedication to healing! After reaching a point of malaise in my health, suspecting Long Covid, and being haunted by recurring pain in my shoulder/mid-back and lower back from old injuries, I decided to give acupuncture a sincere effort. I started receiving acupuncture treatments at the beginning of June and I was amazed at the change in my body after a couple of months of aggressive treatments. My pain level decreased dramatically, migraines decreased in frequency and severity, improved sleep, energy level elevated and my "happy self" returned! Other times in my life, I had tried acupuncture at other locations; however, those experiences almost made me skeptical until I was treated by someone who understands the healing of acupuncture and possesses a heart for healing. I realize now that acupuncture is somewhat miraculous and I plan to continue a maintenance program of treatments as a proactive approach to my health.

I am currently receiving acupuncture treatment in hopes of getting pregnant soon. I was told by my OBGYN that my low AMH of 0.60 I couldn’t get back & she pretty much made me feel doomed. After 3 months of acu & taking supplements my new AMH is 1.79!!!! I’m so happy & excited to see this progress & SO HOPEFUL for the future! I’m So glad I’m on this journey & know that it’s working!

Acuchatt totally impressed me with pain reduction/elimination and allergy management! I am a past user of accupuncture with a successful outcome for my low back tightness and pain, but my previous acupuncturist retired and I had been unable to find a new practitioner that I felt comfortable with. After 3 years of absence the same symptoms developed so I started researching again and found AcuChatt. The staff is very welcoming and the office is very clean and professionally handled. Dr. Jes has been my primary acupuncturist and I have been very pleased. She listens, develops a plan and implements it. My results have been positive with my back progressively calming down. I will be back in the gym and again on my bike really soon.

I was so excited to find AcuChatt after a friend recommended I try acupuncture for a pinched nerve in my neck. After only four visits (of a twelve visit treatment plan) I can say I have 98% relief from the numbness and tingling I was having in my hands. I feel certain by the time I am done with all twelve visits I will be 100% better! But while Dr. Jes is treating me for the pinched nerve, she is also treating hand arthritis and a broken toe. And a REALLY big plus of acupuncture is that within a couple weeks of treatment my hot flashes went away! She explained that although she is not treating me for hot flashes, the areas for my pinched nerve and hot flashes overlap some and I am getting an extra bonus! The freedom from those severe hot flashes almost makes my pinched nerve worth it! Lol I highly recommend AcuChatt for any physical issue you may be dealing with. I recently started seeing Dr. Jess for fertility support, and I have been so overwhelmed by how well it is working for me. This place is Outstanding!! I had several issues which I wanted Dr. Jes to address for me including debilitating muscle spasms from a compression fracture in my back and issues with my foot. I committed to her recommendations for my treatment and Amy, her front office Administrator, helped me set up a payment plan so I could afford the treatment plan. I kept all my appointments and remained compliant to her plan of care. Over the next three months I began to see great improvement in my symptoms and a reduction in my pain. I had suffered for nearly one year before finding Acu-Chat and I only wish I would have found them sooner. I am back to doing most of my regular activities and am able to move and walk far better than I was over the year after my injury. The staff is SO kind, knowledgeable and willing to do everything they can to make your visit comfortable and stress free. Dr. Jes is simply amazing. I’ve been seeing her for over a year for stomach issues that had been going on a very long time, therefore treating these issues has taken a while. But slowly and surely, my stomach has gotten healthier and more consistently stable. I didn’t know where to turn since western medicine wasn’t able to offer any help and dietary changes weren’t making enough of a difference. Since seeing her, I’ve also had a few pulled muscles which she’s been able to miraculously treat in 1-2 sessions. Truly, I refer everyone I know to her and trust her with all of my family to help either through preventive measures or to address existing issues. Not only is Dr. Jes amazing at what she does, but she also truly cares about her patients. Additionally, her office staff is always warm and friendly and so willing to be helpful in whatever ways they can. I cannot recommend Dr. Jes highly enough!
